ACCOUNT SECURITY & DATA

How We Handle Your Data and Security

belijitu login applies specific technical and procedural controls to protect your personal data and account access.

Data Encryption

All personal data — name, email, payment references from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS — is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256. We never store raw card or wallet credentials on our servers.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to improve page performance. You can review and withdraw cookie consent at any time via the cookie settings panel in your account footer.

Account Access Logs

Every login event is timestamped and stored for 90 days. You can view your last five sessions under Account → Security. Flag any unrecognised login directly from that screen to trigger an immediate security review.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are held for 12 months to satisfy financial reporting requirements. Account profile data is retained for 24 months after your last active session, then purged unless a legal hold applies.

Right to Request Changes

You may request correction, export or deletion of your personal data by submitting a written request via the Legal Email channel. We action data-subject requests within 14 calendar days and confirm completion in writing.

Legal Contact Person

Our designated data-protection contact handles all formal legal correspondence. Quote your registered email and account ID in every message so we can verify identity and process your request without delays.

Legal FAQ for belijitu login Accounts

Below are the questions we receive most often about our legal terms, your data rights and how account rules apply in Indonesia. Each answer reflects the actual policy in effect — not a summary of what we intend to do.

Access to the platform and enforcement of account terms depends on local law. We apply Indonesian jurisdiction settings by default for accounts registered with an Indonesian phone number or payment method such as DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS.

Send a written data-access request to our legal email with your account ID and registered email address. We return a structured export of your profile, session logs and transaction references within 14 calendar days of verifying your identity.

Yes — submit a deletion request through the Account Dispute Form under Settings → Legal. We process deletion within 14 days unless a legal hold requires us to retain specific records, in which case we notify you in writing of the exact retention period.

Transaction references tied to DANA and OVO are retained for 12 months after your last active session, in line with financial reporting requirements. After that period, they are purged from our systems unless an active dispute or legal hold applies.

We notify you via the email registered on your account at least seven days before any term change takes effect. The notification includes a summary of what changed and a link to the full updated document so you can review before deciding whether to continue.

Go to Account → Security, view your session log and tap 'Flag this session' next to the unrecognised entry. This triggers an immediate security review, temporarily locks new transactions and alerts our compliance team within one business hour.

QRIS payments are governed jointly by our terms of service and Bank Indonesia's QRIS regulation framework. Where any conflict exists between the two, the Bank Indonesia regulation takes precedence for payment-related rights; our terms apply to account conduct and data handling.
